KAREN’S PERSONAL WEIGHT LOSS VIDEO BLOG

It’s not easy losing weight.  Especially after pregnancy.  Sometimes women reach their pre-pregnancy weight within a few weeks.  Sometimes months.  Sometimes years.

It’s ok to take your time getting back into shape.  When you’re a new mom, your number one priority is your baby.  Especially during that first year.  It’s much more important to spend time nurturing your baby.  One of my favorite memories is cuddling with my newborn baby during and after a breastfeeding session.  I did not stress out about fitting into my pre-pregnancy jeans back then.

That was over three years ago.  Now is my time to get my body back.http://www.dreamstime.com/-image973884

My start date is March 24, 2014 and I am updating weekly with Youtube videos.
